How does it work?
DreamCloud is a telemedicine practice which lets you connect with a psychiatric provider online using your mobile phone. We use familiar methods of communication such as video, chat, texting, and voice messaging to make sure you get quality care in the most efficient way.
Do you take insurance?
We currently participate with a limited number of insurances in Florida, including Aetna, Cigna, United, Oxford, and Oscar. We also offer all-inclusive monthly plans which start at $135/month. There contract is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime.
Who will be my provider?
Chris Lee PMHNP-BC is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and treats all patients at DreamCloud with his dedicated patient care team. You will not be matched with an unknown provider. Individual psychotherapy sessions are led by expert pscychotherapist Adriana Serna, LMHC.
What services do you offer?
DreamCloud is a full-service medical practice and we offer all of our psychiatric services online including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment. We may order routine labwork, pharmacogenomic testing, or medication level checks which might require a visit to a local lab such as Quest Diagnostics. Individual psychotherapy sessions are available for an additional fee. Medical documentation and special records request such as letters of accommodation may also cost additional fees. We offer round-the-clock concierge customer support and expert assistance with refills and insurance authorizations.
Do you prescribe medications?
Our primary specialty is medication management and we prescribe many prescription medications for mental health, including controlled medications when deemed medically necessary. We do not prescribe medications for medical detox or chronic pain management, with the exception of medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorder (Buprenorphine, Naloxone, Naltrexone, etc). We do not prescribe hormone replacement treatments, medical marijuana (cannabis), or ketamine/esketamine for mental health.
